3-year Goal (End of 2025)
The Tupoho community aims to empower teachers, students, and families by enhancing their knowledge. This will be achieved by developing a Tupoho curriculum and implementing it by February 1, 2024.

2024 Targets
·Continue developing a Tupoho curriculum and create a report outlining the useful aspects of Te Aho Matua and Te Kai o Te Puku Tupuna.
· By 1 February Tupoho curriculum by fully implementing.
Where are we currently at?
How?
In 2023, our Tupoho development journey reignited discussions. 2024 Each pou was assigned the task of crafting a paper detailing the characteristics of a pou graduate in their respective area.
Pou were encouraged to utilise founding documents as support; Te Aho Matua and Te Kai o Te Puku Tupuna, TMOA, NCEA specific to pou levels.
Who?
Pou was also encouraged to research other developers. Wally Penetito place-based curriculum etc.
Leaders from each team were entrusted with the important task of outlining the specific skills and knowledge that graduates from each area.
When?
By the end of term four 2024 all pou whakahaere presents their port folio of a graduate profile within their area.
Progress?
At the 2024 end of year kura planning all pou will begin to included their graduate profile in 2025 planning.
Te Tiriti o Waitangi
The Te Tiriti document allows us to manage, establish, identify and create our kura curriculum that acknowledges our rights as Tangata Whenua within our own rohe.
